The King James Version (KJV) and the American Standard Version (ASV) of the Bible plus three classic commentaries at your fingertips!

This app brings you two tried and true versions of the Bible together with three classic commentaries:

- The Commentary Critical and Explanatory on the Whole Bible by Robert Jamieson, A.R. Fausset, and David Brown
- Matthew Henrys Concise Commentary by Matthew Henry (an abridgment of the six volume "Matthew Henrys Commentary on the Whole Bible")
- John Wesleys Notes on the Bible

This app allows you to quickly navigate to any book and chapter of the Bible. To view commentaries on the chapter, simply touch the commentary button. Its an easy, convenient way to carry Bible commentaries with you wherever you go.

The Jamieson-Fausset-Brown commentary is one of the best conservative commentaries on the entire Bible—clear, concise, insightful, and relatively free of denominational agenda. Matthew Henrys Concise Commentary is an abridgement of one of the most popular commentaries of all time, a commentary known for warm, encouraging exposition. Wesleys Notes on the Bible brings Wesleys inimitable spirit to Bible commentary. These three classic commentaries have a history of building up the church since the difficult times in which they were written.

The Bibles and the Bible commentaries are fully searchable. This full-featured app includes five different font size options. Viewing can be in portrait or landscape orientation. The bookmarking capability includes the ability to organize your bookmarks within a book by reordering them. All these features and an exceptionally clean interface make both reading and browsing easy.

The app remembers your location in each book so you can immediately pick up where you left off. Navigation is easy through the hierarchical table of contents. Scripture references are linked, so you can view referenced passages in a slide-up window.

Navigation of all the books is easy. You can scroll up and down within a section and swipe or tap to turn the page. All books are included in the original install, so an Internet connection is not required to use the application.

This app is also available with the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) of the Bible instead of the KJV/ASV.

For anyone interested in studying the Bible alongside many insightful commentaries, this app is a great tool.

Some bad moments

Wonderful resource. But since I upgraded it today it refuses to open at all. Tried restart as well. Still no luck
Beautiful commentary...when it was working. Just quit living all of a sudden. No hope. No will to live. Will it come back to life? Or is it just $3.99 down the drain?
